The apartments are located near the Faculty of Music and Visual Arts of the University of Pecs. The apartment building was built 2 years ago and located in a quite street. The center of Pecs city, Széchenyi square, Barakán square and the cathedral is 10 minutes walk away. There are many options for shopping, dining or simpley having a beer or coffee in the vicinity. There is a bus line (36) between the apartment and train station so public transport is convenient. Guests arriving by car can park in the apartment's garage.

We have five apartments to rent. The bigger ones have a double bed, and a convertible sofa bed in the living room so it can be suitable for 4 persons. There is tv and internet connection in the living room. The kitchen is equipped completely (fridge, electric oven, cutlery etc.). The smaller apartment (Green apartment) has only a double bed so it is suitable for 2 persons. This apartment has tv and internet connection as well as a small completely equipped kitchen.
